At Muha Meds USA, we stand behind the quality of our products. We understand that in the world of logistics and high-end hardware, issues can occasionally arise. Our goal is to ensure that every transaction is handled with professional integrity and speed.
1. Our Quality Guarantee
Every product, from our 10g muha baller jars to our muha meds carts, undergoes a multi-stage quality control process before leaving our facility. We guarantee that all products are authentic, lab-tested, and factory-sealed.
2. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products and safety regulations, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives crushed, leaking, or visibly damaged.
Defective Hardware: If a Muha Meds Disposable or cartridge is "Dead on Arrival" (DOA) and fails to fire upon first use.
Incorrect Item: If you received a different strain or product than what was listed on your invoice.
Note: We cannot accept returns on products that have been significantly used, or cases where the "tamper-evident" seal has been removed without a clear hardware defect.
3. The 48-Hour Reporting Window
To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must report the issue within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp provided by the carrier.
Proof of Issue: You must provide clear photos or a short video showing the defect or damage.
Packaging: Keep all original packaging and the packing slip, as these are required for our internal audit.
4. Refund Process
Once your claim is approved by our support team:
Replacements: For defective hardware or shipping errors, we will prioritize a replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
Refunds to Original Payment: If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Store Credit: We also offer the option of immediate store credit for future purchases, which includes a 5% "Loyalty Bonus" for the inconvenience.
5. Bulk & Wholesale Returns
For 100 pack of muha orders, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If a master box contains a percentage of defective units exceeding our 1% hardware tolerance, we will issue a pro-rated refund or ship replacement units in your next order.
6. Shipping & Return Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong item/defective), Muha Meds USA will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
In the event of a "Change of Mind" (only applicable to un-opened, non-perishable hardware), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Any product where the QR verification code has already been scratched and verified.
Items purchased through unauthorized third-party resellers.
Products damaged due to user error (e.g., dropping the device or using an incorrect charger).
